What if a driver doesn't follow the route?
We see it on the ELD in real time. Dispatch gets an off-route alert, we call or message the driver and guide them back. The report shows the route actually driven, and savings are counted only on what really happened.
What do you need from us to start?
One lane or a recent load to analyze, read access to your ELD, your toll account export (PrePass or BestPass) and fuel card statements. We set up a Telegram group with your dispatch and start on the next load.
Which ELD and TMS systems do you support?
We track trucks on Samsara today. Loads come in through Telegram or your TMS. Toll data comes from PrePass and BestPass exports. If you run another ELD, tell us and we'll check the integration.
What size fleets do you work with?
From small fleets to operations of several hundred trucks. Under 20 units you pay a flat fee per truck; at 20 units and up the fee is a share of verified savings.
How do we pay you?
Monthly invoice. Under 20 units: $50 per truck for toll and $50 per truck for fuel. 20+ units: 15–20% of the verified saved amount for the month, shown line by line in the report.
